Where is my shopping cart?
If you’re using a mobile device to shop, your shopping cart can be accessed via the menu icon in the top left of the screen, or you can rotate your device, and the cart icon will appear!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, the appropriate shipping method will be automatically chosen depending on your shipping address at checkout. Please note, international orders may be subject to duties and taxes by the destination country. The customer is responsible for these charges or fees.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
United Kingdom: £6.45 (1-2 working days from dispatch*)
Europe (EU): £10.95 (1-3 working days from dispatch*)
Europe (EEA & Switzerland): £15.50 (2-4 working days from dispatch*)
United States: £37.50 (2-5 working days from dispatch*)
Canada: £45 (2-5 working days from dispatch*)
Rest of World: £65 (5-10 working days from dispatch*)
*All orders dispatched within 1-3 working days after your order is confirmed.
All orders to United Kingdom over £100 qualify for free shipping. Use code ‘FREESHIPPING’ at checkout.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery times for your location, click here to send an email with your name and order number. You will then be notified of your order’s progress.
What is your returns policy?
Returns are only available if the item(s) arrives damaged. If this is the case, please fill in the returns form at the bottom of this page within 14 days after delivery. You will then receive an email to complete the returns process. A full refund will be issued once the item is returned. Please note that the cost of return will need to be covered by the customer. You are responsible for any returns that are lost in the post, so a ‘signed for’ service is recommended when posting.
What paper do you print on?
All prints are printed on professional archive photographic paper, specifically ‘C Type Fuji Matt’. This Fuji Crystal archive paper has a semi-matt finish, maintains natural and vibrant colour reproduction, giving a detailed, premium finish.
